Why is Evals already read-only?

Per OpenAI: existing evals became read-only on October 31, 2026, with full shutdown November 30, 2026.

Will migration preserve every Builder branch?

No. OpenAI states the export does not convert the graph or guarantee unchanged behavior. Budget time to re-test.
